30 YEARS EXPERIENCE — hUNDREDS OF HOMES BUILT

Brent Leibee has been building and remodeling homes across Metro Atlanta since 1986. He got his start as a trim carpenter before joining Owings and Terry, a large-volume Atlanta builder, where he started and completed hundreds of homes between 1988 and 1993. In 1993, Brent moved to Hedgewood Properties, building homes throughout North Fulton, Gwinnett, and Forsyth counties. He rose to Vice President of Construction, ultimately overseeing a construction team of roughly 70 employees and hundreds of subcontractors.

In 2008, Brent founded Stone Column Properties to build custom homes — both pre-sale and market builds — along with light commercial projects, residential remodeling, and outdoor living spaces including pools, wine cellars, and basement finishes.

Quality construction and unmatched customer service remain the cornerstone of Brent's approach. His goal on every project is the same: take your vision from concept to reality, built within a budget you're comfortable with.

Blake Leibee oversees the full construction and business pipeline at Stone Column Properties — from estimating and pre-construction planning through on-site execution, cost tracking, and financial oversight.

Since 2019, Blake has led or been closely involved in nearly 100 projects at a high level, working alongside founder Brent Leibee to develop deep, hands-on expertise across every phase of luxury custom home construction.

Blake works closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep projects aligned with design intent, budget, and timeline. He is known for staying organized and steady under pressure, moving comfortably between the jobsite and the office to keep complex, high-end projects on track.
